Science and Fiction.
Science is a process of demystification- of exploring the nature of phenomena, familiarizing ourselves with its character and of being able to predict its potential, so that our actions and beliefs do not fall prey to superstition.
Science Fiction is a way to mystify that Science- to apply our imagination toward its utility in order to transcend expectation and the predictability of its potential.
